All Stable Base Pilates clients start with a 1 on 1 introductory class. During this class we discuss your history, your goals and teach you the principals and theories involved. Ongoing classes contain a maximum of 4 people so you are always taught as an individual and closely supervised.
If you want to improve your wellbeing, strength, flexibility and fitness we will give you expert guidance and support.
If weight control is your objective we are able to help with training, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
While we specialise in High Intensity Interval Training and Full Body Exercise we have experience training people for activities as diverse as bush walking to body building.
Strength and Conditioning:
The Strength and Conditioning Coach is a specialist in the physical preparation of the athlete. We work with individual athletes or teams and assess the current condition of the athlete and the demands of the sport before structuring a progressive training program.
